Catching up

Life has been busy! I will try to recap quickly and go on to the pictures.
Earlier this year, SCM received her first Siddur in the middle of 1st grade. We have some pictures and a video of part of her siddur play.
Shortly after that, toward the end of January, we moved into a larger living space to accommodate our Baruch Hashem, growing family. Uncle Stu-Stu came to help us with our move, and we are so appreciative of his help!
Then, we had a visit from Shoshana's parents to celebrate her birthday and also help with unpacking and settling in. Following their visit, came a visit from Moshe's parents to also help unpack and celebrate Purim with us!  The following month was very busy preparing for Pesach, and on Pesach we enjoyed a visit from Bubbie Evie.  It was a beautiful and delightful yom tov.
With Springtime close on the heels of Pesach, we enjoyed time to spend in our "new" backyard. The girls have all been growing so much, but we really took notice of MNM's growth and independence as we observe her playing on slides, talking more, and overall developing.
There was a Hachnassas Sefer Torah by the Kehilla, and the kids loved the Torah parade in the streets.   We also enjoyed Hillary and Stu's visits then.
In late May, Moshe brewed some beer to participate in a fundraiser for the local NCSY chapter during their Basar-fest event for the community in which they featured several different types of meats prepared in many different ways.  It was a great event, and we used it to kick off Moshe's "side business" of Simcha Label- designing custom labels for people. We got our first customer!
TLM has also taken a leap and began to read this summer! She got a library card and is starting to recognize and decode words.
Camp is now in full swing and the girls are having a blast!
We are looking forward to Aunt Hillary and Uncle David's wedding at the end of the summer!
